Very friendly staff and technician. Maverick was very clear in his directions and explanation of the hearing test, as well as the options for a device that would meet my needs. No high pressure sales tactics or plans. Just up front and clear description of differences in performance and sound characteristics between options/models. Highly recommend these professionals.
