Dr. Kwan is great, and I’ve had positive experiences with the care provided. However, I did run into a frustrating issue with billing. I was advised by the receptionist, Jen, that the cost for an insurance assessment would be billed to my accident claim. After later reviewing my benefits, I discovered the charges were submitted to Alberta Blue Cross instead. Had a fantastic experience with Justin, he was very helpful in showing me the best way to get healthy again, very accommodating & easy to deal with people!
