Excellent care within 20 minutes I had my prescription very caring staff I highly recommend it
Wait time was very minimal. The nurse practitioner’s care and information I received was very helpful and a doctor called me later and I have a prescription for my illness.
DO NOT go to the Wellington Sq location. Worse than going to the hospital. Receptionist was rude and openly told you she didn't care who came first, she will let her friends in first. Over 6h wait even though I arrived before it even opened
Today was my first time calling this clinic, and the nurse Emma was extremely efficient, professional and friendly on the phone. She was very thorough, patient, and despite being very busy, took the time to explain the process to me and scheduled me for an appointment. Very happy with the service thus far.
