I used to love this place and had my family doctor there. Recently they seem to have gone downhill. I tried to make an appointment and didn’t hear back from them for days, didn’t pick up their phone either. I eventually heard about 5 days later that my family doctor is no longer there and the website to book appointments is a new one now (the old one was still linked here). I’m not sure if this means I no longer have a family doctor as they didn’t communicate what that means for me at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT THIS WALK-IN CLINIC and the adjoining pharmacy as the walk-in clinic disrespects and wastes their patients' time. Checked their website before walking 45 minutes - with a cane - to get there. Website says they close at 7pm. Arrived after 6 and receptionist says they closed at 6pm! Told her to update their website, and she said she has already passed on that message but nothing was done. I went directly and the ladys in the counter were very kind; they helped me to do the registration on the website, however; no doctor in the clinic, "just inquires by phone" ???? I registered in the website in order to receive the call. I received the call and the service was dreadful, (three minutes. call). Unfortunately-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL -- my son went to the Clinic during operating hours only to be told that he must go home and wait for a phone call from the Doctor. The Doctor finally called asked a few questions and and said he would prescribe medication but then managed to forget to ask which pharmacy to send prescription to. We tried calling back but there is only a recording and no one answers. Is this a real Clinic?

I called around 12:15 on a Wednesday, got through to the receptionist right away. I was looking to book an appointment with a doctor to get a prescription and she told me I could have a doctor’s appointment over the phone for what I needed. A doctor then called me within 20 minutes and was able to give me further instructions and write me a prescription.
