Hate to see you go, but love to see you leave! Enhanced care clinic - you (not staff, not the Dr’s) have plummeted this practice so far into the ground you are now closing for good. Imagine hiring new staff to replace your old staff that quit due to management issues, thinking it would save the practice and it does the opposite? Now you have hundreds of patients scrambling to not only find new Dr’s but they also have to pay almost one hundred dollars for their own medical records? How do you sleep at night. The worst clinic. They never answer the phone. Takes over a week to print some paperwork? This place is ridiculous. Not only that but you will wait an hour past your scheduled appointment just for them to come in and rush you out.
I have been a patient for over 20 years and Dr Zahavi is an amazing doctor. He is caring and a very thorough doctor. I have been receiving injections as I am anemic for several years. I really miss the nurse Lisa and receptionist Julie as I never had an issue getting my shot. Now with the new staff it has become so challenging to get my injection and I seem to have to jump through many different hoops to finally get my injection. The new staff never answer the phone. The doctors here are incredible! I have been a patient for 33 years. “Enhanced care clinic” is the company who took over when the doctors stopped being a private practice. This company is useless and cares NOTHING! for the doctors and patients that are under their name. They should be ashamed of themselves for the total disregard of peoples need to book appointments and see their doctors. DO BETTER! And why are they advertising a barbershop on their website???
I've been a patient of Dr. Green for a number of years now and I have always felt comfortable and cared for when I have my appointments with him. He's an incredible doctor and his attention to detail as well as his genuine care for his patients is obvious. I just wish he had never moved practices from King Street Medical over to the new management of Enhanced Care Clinic.
