It has been a pleasure working with Marcy. Her thorough and personalized approach to nutrition has been incredibly valuable and insightful.
I've been on a wellness journey for a few years, but I still needed more support. Marcy came to my house and patiently helped me go thru my pantry, refrigerator and freezer. marcy has been great! I have lost over 25 lbs since she advised me on how to change my eating habits. I am not using any drugs, supplements, or anything else to aid in the weight loss. she was very thorough with her evaluation and gave me simple guidelines to help me achieve my goals.
When I came to Marcy at Enhance Nutrition, I felt like I had tried everything to get my health back on track despite my busy schedule. Within 1 - 2 Sessions, Marcy found really simple changes that helped me drop 11 pounds, feel way less hungry and have more energy. On top of that, she found a medical condition that hadn't been checked on in 10 years in my files. I had a quick blood test and found everything was on track. I couldn't believe none of my doctors had thought to check on that. Marcy is great!
Marcy, has been a big help to my husband and me. She is very knowledgable and kind and easy to talk with. We are not big into meds and much prefer the nutrition route and she has guided us along with various tests and then the proper supplements to improve our health.
