Dr Charles' technical skills are great, im already satisfied by the results im seeing from my procedure. On the day of my operation, the nurses were extremely hospitable and made me feel comfortable. If I have any suggestions for improvement, I would say that the financing options should be explained thoroughly during consultation, because I was slightly confused about my payments. Other than that, I am very happy with my choice of surgeon so far!
