I had to use the message system each time because the phones have never worked. Very sketchy. When I called about the epidural last month, I was told the insurance company did not approve the request. I called my insurance company, and they said no request had been submitted. Then I called back, and suddenly I was able to schedule the appointment. I already had an appointment scheduled, but now I’m getting calls to set one up again. I never wanted "pain management". The last place I tried some years ago berated me for the meds I was taking (prescribed), andvtalked e into some cbd oil, which was a joke. I've seen both Jennifer and Stephanie here, and am grateful for their help in keeping me pain- free before, during and after my ankle surgery. They made sure I was comfortable, and also helped after hours. Again, I'd definitely use their services again, if needed Thank you!
