I would never come here again. i came here for lower back and neck pain. doctors and nurses have not listened once and only offered incredibly expensive treatments sometimes for the condition that wasn't even being discussed. when i voiced my concerns they were annoyed and not passed on Now I have to come back in another two weeks just to ask for the original procedure i wanted. They don't listen and will waste your time.
The first day I came in I was in so much pain! Amy at the front desk helped me get all checked in. I was in so much pain I couldn’t concentrate on reading everything! Everyone at this place has been wonderful, but Amy really stuck out to me because she was just so kind and helpful and understanding of my dyslexia. She is hands down one of the best people I have had the pleasure of speaking with! She went the extra mile for me!
My appointment was for 10:45 but I didn’t get to see the Doctor till 11:30. However the Doctor was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. His assistant was also very pleasant. Overall my experience was very positive!
