Long time patient. My aids use a “charger”, & morning I had an early outpatient surgery & my aids we’re not charged & no lights on charger I called for info/suggestions, went in & the “square” on my cord needed to be changed. They also pointed out lights on charger which need to be 3 green & I can take it with me! My light was red & power left on the charger! All fixed. Thanks
Enhance Audiology in Glendale has been wonderful for our family. I bring my grandfather here for his hearing tests and equipment, and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The staff is incredibly attentive and genuinely kind. They recognize my grandfather when we walk in, greet him warmly, and make sure he feels comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I recently visited Dr. Rose for a hearing test, and I’m really glad I did. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood my results. The testing process was thorough and comfortable—no rush at all. I felt very well cared for and left with confidence in her expertise.
