We are a medical family (doctors and nurses). Between my father and his children we have over 200 years of medical experience. When our hospice nurse, Mary, made an appointment to meet my father and I in dad's home I wondered what this young nurse and Enhabit had to offer to our family. That was nearly 4 months ago. If I could give 0 stars I would. A nurse came to assess my great grandmother on a Tuesday for hospice, promised the world and said she would call the next day to let us know if she was appropriate for hospice. We did not get a call the next day, or the day after. We called the company phone number and left messages over and over only to finally get a call back on Friday.
