They were wonderful to begin with, admitting nurse, social worker, chaplain ect... and then the nurses came... they Never made her comfortable, they accused her of over using prescriptions and she took the blame for what was total bullshit givin her certain circumstances. I had asked for a lock box immediately from the beginning not a single one delivered!! and they made her feel like the crazy abuser on her dying bed. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for the EXCELLENT care my Mom has received!! Mindy, Catherine and Tricia are absolutely amazing and my Mom loves them, and she is fully cognizant with high expectations, so that is saying a lot!. We have had several urgent calls and they are always there to help. If you are on the fence about selecting a Hopice, I highly recommend this one!!😃❤️😃
On day two of not getting prescription refills, when requesting help, they take all day or longer. Awful experience thus far. Seems they're waiting and hoping the patient dies before they get there so they can be done. Refuseal to do wound care. Terrible.
