I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this provider. It took weeks to get my paperwork completed for evaulation. My evaluation was completed on Monday, and after not hearing anything, I waited until Thursday to begin following up. When I called Thursday, there was no record of my case. I called again Friday—still no record—until I finally had to involve a supervisor to locate and address the issue. I have worked for this company for 4 1/2 years at the Augusta, Ga. branch as a Reimbursement Coordinator, this company has poor leadership, poor pay, inadequate training, incompetent supervisor and an abundant amount of work that doesn't coincide with pay (in my case).
