Poor inexperienced leadership! The Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services are very gossipy and talk about each other to staff! They are dishonest as well! Slow to respond to staff needs! The office manager never works and treats staff indifferent! They pretend to care about the patients but they don't! It's all about numbers and money for them!! My husband received care after a serious MS Relapse. I was not sure what route of care to pursue. I first thought about a care center. That would have been a disaster. Pam and Morgan from Enhabit called me twice. They had genuine concern and put my mind at ease. They were honest, kind and knowledgeable. My husband did 2 sets of OT and PT. The employees (most) are gossipy and go back and tell others personal things you talked about not related to your health care (lesson learned). (Example: the person that answers the phone knew WAY too many personal things about me and my case and a lot was not even factual and she had no place to even discuss these things with me when all she needed to do was transfer me to who i requested to speak with).They (MOST) speak out of turn. I had home health physical therapy from Enhabit Home Health in early 2025. In May, a physical therapist named David was at my house. I was recovering from a fractured L1 Vertebrae. David had no idea what he was doing. He stretched my back and hip wrong. I ended up in the hospital for 9 days. His actions caused nerve damage that made my paralysis worse.
