HORRIBLE! My dad suffered a stroke. After bringing him home, he required OT, PT, and speech therapy. I was told that Enhabit is required to call me within 2 days from returning home. They never called. I called them they said they’d call the next day… no callback. I called again. Finally they sent CJ for evaluation and speech therapy. CJ was great, but still no OT, or PT I kept calling they continued giving me the runaround and continued to say they’d get him scheduled and call me back me back. Still no callback!
