If they do not make a follow up from the leadership team after the services were rendered… it is not a good quality home care. Very disappointed on how my husband was treated. He is partially deaf and I am always with him in his care but unfortunately one day I was not home and he was treated with no respect. He is 78 years old with disability. I will not recommend this place if you do not have an advocate they will not advocate for the care.
Physical Therapist Karam, saw my father after his knee surgery. Karam was very professional, punctual, and answered any questions we had. He is very dedicated to his job.
