My mother was discharged a week ago. Kept telling me they couldn't schedule home health until they received the discharge paperwork from the rehabilitation center. Doctor's office already had the paperwork and they even faxed the discharge paperwork to them. Doctor's office ended up referring us else where and we received a faster response.
All the therapists and nurses are top notch. As a retired nurse I’ve seen many and all these were among the best. Great job!!!!
