Had my procedure at Medical City in Fort Worth a lower back fusion. Physical therapy was scheduled when I was in the hospital and began promptly when I returned home. Brad, Chris and Vicki explained everything thoroughly and were always on time and concerned. Appointments were made ahead of time by the day and times were firmed up the night before. Horrible, never showed for one appointment. Would not give a time until the night before so you had to stay glued to a phone and could not plan the day. Chanced people so you could never get follow up.

Negative attitude from physical therapist. Was assessed as 3x a week visit. She showed up once. Never showed up at all once my gma got out of rehab. Took forever to get a nurse to call in for a uti check then even longer to get it done. Fired them would not recommend to care for a mamed dog! Should be negative 1 star

I have had the ladies from Encompass take care of me off and on for about 7+ months, starting after my heart attack and heart surgeries! Everyone one of the nurses and physical therapists are veeeery thorough, understanding and sweet so it made all my appts pleasant and comfortable! 😁 I would highly recommend Encompass, you won't regret it! 😏
