Nurses were unreliable, medications were delayed, and communication was poor throughout her time with them. In her final days, her comfort medications (morphine and Valium) were missing, and I was shockingly instructed by a nurse over the phone to crush and administer my father’s leftover hydrocodone to her using a syringe. They are sweet and always on time….very knowledgeable help.
Only posting one star because negative stars are not an option. Only good thing I have to say is about the nurses that come out to care for my wife. The nurses have all been professional and seem to actually care about their patient. Beyond that, the experience with Enhabit has been sorely lacking. Today (12 Sept 2023) , I called during business hours to request a nurse visit to correct a serious condition. The only reason I’m giving a one is because that’s the only way I could write a review.my mom has been with this company for over a year now we have only had two lpn that came out and knew what they was doing.my mom is completely bed bound they sent a man out to change her catheter ( which we stated several times we did not want) he didn’t have a clue what he was doing so now my mom is left using the bathroom on herself this is the 4th time this has happened and when I call for them to come fix the mistake they made the lady... read more
