I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and very kind and understanding.
Several people moved on to other companies while mom was a client. They are currently way understaffed. Communication is terrible. The one RN we had failed to show, call, etc and then lied to the doctor, saying Mom was uncooperative. We caught her in several lies, trying to cover her poor performance. Bad scheduling practices. We know they are scamming medicare. Insurance was charged for days they didn't show up. Damage was done to property, and employee who did it didn't even apologize.
