They actually didn't do much. They showed me what to do and spent little hands on therapy. I got discharged over the phone instead of having a last session. For having total shoulder replacement surgery I am really disappointed. Actually pretty mad

Moat of the employees were very nice. Only 2 stars due to filling med boxes inaccutately one time, and it was Very obvious when looking at the med. box. Discharged from the program due to husband bei g in the hospital for 4 daYs. They never bothered contac ting us to tell us he was dischaRged. Never felt confident with them.

We came to Encompass last summer and it has been the best move. My husband has received the best OT/PT care and care of his port. We had previously followed his home healthcare nurse wherever she went for 18 years before she retired, and we are happy to say Encompass has stepped in for her hugely! Thank you! But I have been really impressed by receiving the phone calls for your “Disaster Preparedness”. Thank you!
