My mother has been a patient of Enhabit hospice for 6 months and we have been very pleased with the quality of care they have provided for her. I highly recommend this company if you have a family member in need.

My total knee replacement was on 8/11/25. With the help of Emily and Jason within 2 weeks 8/22/2025, I was at full ROM. The 2 of them were caring and very patient with me and invested in my healing. Without their help I would not be walking with full weight bearing. I am very grateful they were my in-house therapist.

worthless to me all they wanted to do was fill out paperwork for insurance . no therapy all 3 visits. my dr. was livid. Then penny had the nerve to tell me it didn't come out of my pocket . that was the last lie they will ever get to tell me.

The physical therapy professionals were great. The billing office has no idea how to find my account. I already have had my Statement of Benefits from my insurance for over a month now and the last date I saw one of their employees was 2 months ago. I know how much I'm supposed to pay them. No idea why Encompass can't figure out how much I'm supposed to pay them and how to let me pay them.
