worthless to me all they wanted to do was fill out paperwork for insurance . no therapy all 3 visits. my dr. was livid. Then penny had the nerve to tell me it didn't come out of my pocket . that was the last lie they will ever get to tell me.

The physical therapy professionals were great. The billing office has no idea how to find my account. I already have had my Statement of Benefits from my insurance for over a month now and the last date I saw one of their employees was 2 months ago. I know how much I'm supposed to pay them. No idea why Encompass can't figure out how much I'm supposed to pay them and how to let me pay them.

The OT professionals have the best outlook and attitude in service delivery. Kyle and Amber clearly love working with people and are vested in their clients. The PT professionals with this company could take notes from these two exceptional humans! The RN professionals have been equally as helpful and positive! When families are struggling and overwhelmed, people like Kyle and Amber are invaluable!
