I called for same day flower delivery because I had forgotten of course to do it ahead of time and Engwalds didn’t flinch. I called around 9:30 and they could get the flowers to my location before 1:00. The gal I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpfull. The Bouquet was beautiful and our person just loved them. It’s always fun to get flowers at work on your birthday! Thanks Engwalds for a great product and wonderful customer service service.
