Dr. Engstrom and his staff are wonderful. They answer all questions I have and help with all of my issues, thanks Denise! Dr. Engstrom makes sure I keep up with all meds and testing I need and always treats me with respect and kindness. My mother and sister also see him. Thanks Dr. E. and staff!
Dr. Engstrom is fantastic, the other providers and the office staff is atrocious. They tend to be rude, no communicative and inept. I had to argue with them 4 times to get them to understand that my wife no longer had insurance through her work, we only had my insurance. I was continually getting bills from them and finally stood there and made them change the info in their system before it was correct. I had a virtual appointment scheduled this morning and showed up on time, but the site had technical difficulties. The screen said 'loading' for 7 minutes and I thought the doctors were late (as they usually are). It seemed strange, so I called the office. By the time they answered, they CANCELED my appointment! They said there was a problem with the payment (which did not pop up on the screen--still 'loading') and I couldn't keep my appointment. If you can get through to Dr. Engstrom, you will find him the greatest doctor around. His office staff is something else. Twice in the past six months they have sent me to the wrong location causing me the lost opportunity to see him. I will now opt for zoom meetings, which work great
Dr. Engstrom is very efficient and communicates well with me. He does not try to hurry you. He always talks about my issues and multiple ways to address them. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a Godly man that haS A HEART TO HEAL OTHERS. hE DOES MISSIONARY TRIPS YEARLY TO HELP OTHERS.
I met with a Rachel Fairman. Absolutely terrible. I am already seeing a psychiatrist who will not help me, and she just proceeds to say she won’t do anything and then just suggest another psychiatrist to me. Oh did I mention I have no insurance right now so I’m paying out of pocket. Ever since covid the front desk employees are nothing but rude. Every time I have asked a question or needed assistance they have either said I dont know or made excuses. This last visit I was told my appt was at 140pm was not told it was a telemed. Now it's at 2 pm. I now am not working for over an hour because of the poor communication and lack of respect for patients.
I have been seeing Dr. Engstrom in the Litchfield Park office for a number of years. I could not be happier with the care I receive from the Doctor and his staff. Dr. Engstrom is very personable and spends whatever time is necessary to address all my concerns. I never feel rushed or ignored. The office is clean and the front office staff is very capable.
During the week of 7/25/2016, I had called this office several times to get my son in for an appointment for an ear infection. I had to leave messages because no one answered or returned my calls on Monday and Wednesday. I finally got a hold of someone Thursday and took the first available appointment on Friday.
