Dr Engstrom spends time and is very thorough in his examinations. I base my yearly health insurance renewal around if he is a provider on the plan. I have had skin cancer issues, and I feel very confident in his exams and care.

After appointment I ended up worse. Changed my script for the worse and broke out in hives and had to go to emergency room to get it under control took a week. You would think I could just talk to him about it without making a appointment. It’s all about the money not the person that’s in pain.
I left my appointment feeling upset. He did not listen to what I was saying, I was rushed out and I was laughed at. I am the patient, which has questions, I should not be laughed at.
Excellent, competent, caring doctor. He diagnosed my rare condition almost immediately where three other dermatologists in the Cleveland area had failed and simply told me I had eczema. Absolutely recommend.
Dr. Engstrom is very thorough, professional and an all around very good doctor. He listens carefully to me during my office visits and takes as much time as I need. He has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend him.
Doesn't really listen to what patient might want, sticks with old treatments that do not really work
I don't recommend incompetence or incompleteness.
