They failed to center the pic properly, and lines are uneven. I expected better quality from this facility. I was really disappointed in the very beginning, but they refunded me 50% on the engraving services and I found that as a fair resolution.

I had a great experience with Mary from the engraving place. Such quick turn around and she was super helpful with guiding me through the process. Mary was super sweet and friendly and I’m very happy with how my charms turned out that I got engraved. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know looking to get engraving done. TLDR - don’t take your leather products. I had a disappointing experience and would strongly advise against using their services for debossing leather products. When I first called, the person was rude over the phone and initially cocky in person - as the conversation went on, they warmed up. I explained what I wanted, was charged $79, and they said it would be ready in a week.
