Needed 6 watch case-backs engraved. Lady I talked to on the phone today was very condescending. Said that diamond engraving wasn’t possible on watch caseback yet the first picture on the website contradicts her claim. Attitude on the phone was enough for me to not give the business a chance.
I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her team over the holidays to get 18 Stanley tumblers engraved with our corporate logo. The end results were absolutely stunning, small and very precise work. The brass underneath made this look very high end. Mary was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend her services!
Very rude people. I asked for a rush order and was willing to pay her and her response was “ no matter how much money you throw at us, we only have this many hours a day” , go to Benson Awards on Viking way in Richmond instead
Great prices to cut keys and get things engraved for yourself or a loved one. Always my go-to spot ! 🙂
