Went here to get two custom pens made for clients that had started new businesses. Custom order was turned around within less than 24 hours. The quality was exceptional, and it was a lot of fun planning what they would look like together. Thanks the great service. It was really exciting to see how well these were received too.

They failed to center the pic properly, and lines are uneven. I expected better quality from this facility. I was really disappointed in the very beginning, but they refunded me 50% on the engraving services and I found that as a fair resolution.
