I had a terrible experience with them. I made an appointment to drop off a ring for engraving and when I showed up the store was locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I’m 9 months pregnant and I travelled all the way downtown to drop off this ring and they never showed up. It’s extremely unprofessional and a big waste of my time. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend anybody come here.

I have been looking for a place to engrave an item for a special occasion, found this place online and will go for future orders as well! Mary is professional, friendly and very competent! She sent me a mockup of my order which was identical with the actual result! Seamless and great experience! Highly recommend!

Went there and the staff so not helpful at all very rude and unkind so much that I decided not to engrave my stuffs there. Being a tourist in such a beautiful city with so much friendly people I was expecting to be treated differently! I will not recommend this place AT ALL! However in the same building on the 1st floor(this one is 6th floor) there is another place called Wxpert Casting that also engrave and there people are sooooo kind and friendly! You better go there!
