I cannot overstate how wonderful my three separate engraving experiences with NW Engraving were. Two involved engraving 2 fine watches that I passed down to nieces. He re-created the original script font from my original 46-year-old Genevé gold watch, near flawlessly. The finished engraved inscriptions are works of beauty. Most of all, each niece was thrilled to bits!! Very kind and helpful, and did a great job. I had a last-minute, unique engraving request (for a letter opener and a helmet), and Rick turned them around quickly-- even sooner than promised-- and they both looked terrific! So appreciated.
