This is the first and LAST TIME that do I'll business with them. I was told that I would be emailed "a proof" but I wasn't. I was told that it would completed in 1 week, it took more than 4 weeks. Then when I went to pick up the project, it was wrong. When I informed that it was wrong, they not only blamed me but didn't offer to fix it. They then charged me the full price AND a 3% charge because I paid with a debit card.... WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!

Mariko is the BEST engraver you will ever find. She will go beyond your expectations!
Mariko is excellent. She takes every piece to heart and pours herself into her work. I love seeing all the pieces that come across my desk. If you want it done right and with heart, Mariko is it!
