I would give no stars if I could. We ordered two engraved rings in January for our anniversary. Since then, we've received two wrong orders after waiting months to receive our order. The customer service and communication was atrocious and after contacting them for a third time to re-order again as EngraveCo had gotten our order wrong, they decided that it was too hard and have opted to provide us a refund instead - which we haven't yet received. Do not order from this company. Especially if you are ordering internationally.
I’ve been here on two separate times. The first time was a last minute procrastinated Valentine’s Day necklace I wanted engraved. Miraculously they got it finished in hours and in time for Valentines Day. I was impressed by the speed, quality, and how cheap it was to get engraved. A few years later I was getting another necklace engraved and was again struck by the speed they got things finished, quality of finished product, and how stinking cheap it was.
They did such an incredible job on our wedding favors (engraved mint julep cups). They were a dream to work with, and did such a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!
first order: bought two necklaces for the Granddaughters were perfect. They loved being able to have similar but different gifts, one gold and the other rose gold, the mini heart necklaces. Delivered promptly. Lovely. The visiting little cousin was feeling left out, so I designed and ordered one for her. BUT I goofed up while personalizing it, so it arrived looking not quite right. I purchased a necklace for my wife's birthday. The custom engraving UI was excellent, and the product arrived exactly as expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for engraved merchandise. Everything from the purchase process to the final product was excellent.
