I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary , they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years , but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize , or make good on the agreement ... read more
