Customer Service at its Finest I walked into Engravably Yours expecting to find a couple of pens on sale and seeing a few pieces of jewelry lounging around in a corner. My expectations were blown away as soon as I walked into the room. They had beautiful pieces of jewelry in the front and the biggest collection of pens I had ever seen. My favorite gift store Any occasion that comes up I immediately run to EngravablYours because I know they will have something for anyone I am looking to get a gift for. I can tell them what I have an idea about getting and they can always match my idea with a great product in the store. The employees are always professional ready to help.
Mr. O I was recommended to engravbly.com by a coworker when we were discussing getting office gifts during the holiday season last year. There work was great I was able to have the company logo put on the front of all the leather cases as well as have the names engraved on the Pens I decided to get for the office. I found out the store is actually not that far from me in White Plains and I plan on going in one day to see what other great work they are capable of.
Great ideas, great gifts. I was looking for some unusual gift ideas one year and I saw someone wearing a pendant with a picture engraved in it. I went into this store and found they ahd many varieties of this charm. They also carry mugs, picture frames, photo albums, pens, creditcard/business card holders etc. I ended up buying 3 gifts and they were a huge hit. I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary , they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years , but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize , or make good on the agreement ... read more

A Great Mother’s Day present from my kids made specially for me by Engravably yours. It is a cake platter with my mom’s cookie recipe engraved onto the cake platter and it is in my mother’s actual hand writing who passed away eight years ago and had a wonderful cookie recipe. They are very special people at Engravably yours!
