Extremely disappointed with my experience with Englund Roofing. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and expectations were not clearly set from the beginning. What was promised during the sales process did not align with what was delivered. There was a lack of follow-through once the contract was signed. We had a major issue with our flat roofs—both were improperly installed 11 years ago and had been leaking for quite some time before we discovered the extent of the damage. I'm with a condo building in St. Paul that has a challenging flat roof (angles and partitions and cornices and you name it), and we've worked with Englund for several years now. They're honest, skilled, creative, and just plain great to work with. We're currently coaxing along an aging roof with annual maintenance, and they've helped us get far more than the expected lifespan, and they never push to do unnecessary work. Bob, Joan, and Seth have all been spectacular.
