A friend recommenfed Englund for flat roof repair. I phoned the office on Monday morning and spoke with Joan. She said she would "Talk to the guys." Jimmy and Bob came out to the house quickly. They looked over the damage. I hoped they'd be able to get to it within a few days, as we're kind of in the midst of a rainy streak. Nope. Not a few days. Not even a few hours. They were on that roof like a chicken on a June bug. We are grateful. Price was exceedingly reasonable. I’m a fan.

We had an absolute mess of a flat roof, and Englund Roofing truly went above and beyond to take care of it. They were great to work with—honest, straightforward, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. Englund roofing solved our leak problem around our fireplace chimney after 3 different businesses couldn’t solve the problem. Great follow-up and they listened to what our problem was. Efficient, great clean up after the job.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Englund Roofing. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and expectations were not clearly set from the beginning. What was promised during the sales process did not align with what was delivered. There was a lack of follow-through once the contract was signed. Getting updates required repeated calls and emails, and accountability felt nonexistent when concerns were raised.
