RecommendedMy 6 year old son had a seizure yesterday at my mothers home in Manalapan. It was the first time he had a seizure and the first time we have ever had to dial 911. The police were here fast and right behind them the EMT. They were so awesome! Very professional and comforting. I was explaining to my children this morning that they are volunteers and not paid. They were in awe and so am I! Thank you for what you do.

Early this morning we had a medical emergency involving our 4-year-old son that required both Manalapan PD and Manalapan-Englishtown EMS to respond. The officers that responded were compassionate and helpful. One officer stayed with my older son until my Mom arrived so we could get my sick child to the hospital! The EMS members were thorough and kind and brought us to Monmouth Medical without incident. My only regret is that I did not get their names. I listen to County ems radios. They have not been answering consistently for years now. Monroe township has been answering 80% or more of their calls. Shameful.
