English service company fell short of my expectations. I hired them to level the flooring in an older home. Perfectly level was not guaranteed nor expected, but there was not a significant difference in the level before and after they completed there work. I have since had the house leveled to within a 1 1/2 inch across a 40 foot span. I feel they do deserve a single star as they where respectful and professional, but there level of workmanship left me feeling scammed. We called about a couple of roof leaks and the repair took less than an hour. Months later we had a leak in our main water line for which we called for help. It was repaired in less than an hour on the morning of the next work day. FAST service. Reasonable rates.
