Elaine did a wonderful job with my bridal flowers, created exactly what i had in mind. Communication was great and price was reasonable compared with other vendors. Cannot fault Elaine or her arrangements at all!
I came across a white rose set Elaine posted on Facebook and reached out as I loved the design but needed a few additional pieces. Although Elaine advised there would be a two-week turnaround, she surprised me by sending photos of the completed flowers just one day later to ensure I was happy with them before posting. My bouquet is absolutely beautiful! Very affordable and I received within a week of ordering. I would highly recommend English Rose. Elaine did a magical job. I can’t wait to hold at my wedding.
Elaine was helpful throughout the whole process and guided me through the different arrangements and flower styles. Bouquets arrived undamaged and looked wonderful.
Unfortunately I do not recommend English Rose. I contacted Elaine in October 2024 for my September 2025 wedding. Received a quote for 1 teardrop bouquet and 3 bridesmaid bouquets. I was happy with the quote and her previous work, so paid the $250 deposit to proceed. Elaine casually sent payment details via a facebook message, no invoice/contract etc and said its non refundable.
