Great service and great gowns. An easy experience - no dramas! There is a very large collection to choose from in a wide range of sizes, and ‘add-on’ options to explore. The staff were always willing to do sort of a ‘mock up’ of alternate options like changing the colour of the layers. My dress was great and got loads of compliments. In-house alterations is extremely useful and I was also able to keep my dress there until the last minute so that I didn’t have to try store it safely. I highly recommend ERB! Maddy and Jacqui provided incredible support in helping me find the perfect dress within my budget. They were patient, never pushy, and ensured I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
