Was hoping for a 5 star experience but didn't get that. Put a large deposit on siding and gutters down in mid May. Was told 3 to 5 weeks out on start date. Almost 3 months later, first week of August, they start on siding. I called several times during those 3 months. Siding looks okay, very patchy with too many small pieces in some places. They damaged my freon line on the a/c unit outside but they did call an HVAC guy and paid the repairs. Left alot of nails and small debris behind. Even though we werent able to utilize this company due to several reasons, we were very impressed by them. Chris Vidrine came out and gave a great assessment. He went above and beyond for us, and was extremely professional. We really appreciated his insights, and character. I would highly recommend Chris.
Hard working, cleaned up every bit of the mess, and finished in a timely manner!
The new roof looks great. However I wish they had taken more care with other things. They trampled my flowers, they removed the downspout and left it in pieces outside my fence. They left my side gate open and my dogs nearly got out.
I'm glad that all people have had a good experience with English Roofing but unfortunately I haven't . This is my story and I'm sticking to it. Months ago a contractor by the name of Trevor came to my home and looked at damages to my home and specifically told me that if I needed him to that he would contact my home owners insurance company and fight for me..then about 2 weeks later the owner of this company said I don't know why Trevor said that because we don't do that stuff here..he said I'll have a talk with Trevor ..the... read more
