Ordered rack and pinion. Found after order that it wasn't being shipped from Michigan, but Germany. Even though they had my correct Washington State address, they sent it to my street address but input Charlotte, North Carolina for city and State! UPS requested authorization of an address change but no response. I've made multiple attempts to obtain status with no response. They have my money and have ghosted me. Website shows operational business, but I drove 1 hr. to the facility to buy parts last week. Person I met said the business was sold and they no longer have the 25K Sq. ft. warehouse. Not sure what the operation is now. Guess I'll be ordering from Moss.
