I have lived here for a while l e and it used to be a great place to live until Hall and associates took over management! There is no hot water most of the time! Laundry room washers and dryers always out of order, trash in the Flyers because they are never cleaned anymore, light bulbs out in the Flyers and entry ways, I used to be proud to tell people I live here! They even went up 100 dollars for new renters
English Gardens used to be a great place to live when they had a different management company, yards not kept up, shrubbery not trimmed, dumpsters overflowing! The new management company is Hall and associates, they don't care about people like the original company did, all they care about is greed and the almighty dollar!
