ZERO STARS. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral service for delivery today, and nothing showed up. Received a teleflora cancellation email a minute ago, called the florist and she advised they are in the process of shutting down the business. She said it wasn't her fault - horrible horrible customer service. Why haven't you shut down your website and/or at least pulled the Teleflora items so NO ONE ORDERS THEM???? I responded to a solicitation from this business. An eighty dollar order was never delivered, no one answers the phone, and my requests for help or a refund have been ignored. Buyer beware!!!
I purchased a Mother’s Day arrangement from English Garden for last Sunday. The flowers were in wonderful condition and my mother loved and the daisies and roses!
