I scheduled an appointment specifically with Dr. Jackson as he helped my sister with her issue. We’ve both have dealt with eczema and psoriasis since childhood. The soonest appointment was a month and a half out but being this was the 3rd dermatologist I was seeing, I decided it was worth the wait. Day of appointment and waited 30 minutes past appointment time, go to the room and after speaking to assistant, I was met by Brian the PA. Terrible experience for a first time patient. The worst front office staff ever. Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Not quality people at all!
