TimTimThis place is horrible... My son broke his finger playing football. We called to see if they could treat this, told them it looked like the bone would need to be reset. The receptionist said yes, but we had to get there before 7PM. We got there at 6:58 but the outside doors were locked. Someone came out of the building and we got in. Denied treatment and doctor (PA) would not even look at his hand. We went to another urgent care 30 min. away that was still open, they looked at his hand and said they could only do the x... read more
I sat in the waiting room for two hours before seeing a physician assistant. When I asked for a doctor like their website advertised, I was told they didnt have a doctor at this location, on any day. I was shocked. The physician assistant told me I had a cold. I ended up taking myself to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with pneumonia and placed on medications. After all that, a week later I got a 317 dollar bill. I am not going to pay for this horrible service. Avoid this place, its a scam.
