I’ve been going here for about 12 years, which is how long we’ve lived in Englewood. I use it mostly for lap swimming and I appreciate that they use slightly less chemicals to condition the pool than other places. Everyone is very friendly and the facilities are very clean. We’ve also used the racquetball courts quite a bit and those are fun.
Lady at the front desk was RUDE. Looked and spoke to my group in a belittling way. If you want to be treated like you are dumb right when you walk in, come here. We have been coming here for years, and this is the first time we’ve ever had a negative experience. Looks like you’ve had some other issues from the front desk based on other reviews too. Zero customer service.
