Truly happy with the doctor's office and the staff
Best doctor office I have taken my kids in a while. Doctor shuup was so kind and the staff is amazing. My son had shots last week and he didn’t ever cried the nurse did such a good job with the shots
Very friendly staff, always helpful and accommodating. They make you feel like part of their family.
Front desk staff member Wendy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke to me with a hostile tone. My daughter’s appointment was rescheduled more than five times over six months. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early and arrived 10 minutes early, yet she claimed we were late and cancelled the appointment despite an empty waiting room. Zero accountability, no willingness to listen, and a complete waste of our time. Do not recommend this office.
