Went when I was a kid n My yOunger kids lOved it ;-)
Had one of the best yoga classes ever with Josh ... Real Yoga for Strength. It was very well rounded, and we could practice at our own level with great encouragement. I really recommend it. As good as the high end yoga studios at a much better price.
