Ive been here over 2 years and owner is good about major important issues. The other stuff gets put on his maintenance list and is timely in getting fixed. Price is affordable with free spectrum cable including 5 streaming sites..I recommend going on puco apples to apples and picking your own supplier because its aep and theyre too expensive…landscapers and snow removal included slong with water sewer and trash. Delivery guy nice and clean
Wanted to check out this place but it looks very outdated especially that there was a roofing company currently working. Doesn't seem very secure as there where building entrances with the doors wide open. Also was a leaf blower guy staring down every car, not surprising given the snow plow guy review on here. Seems like drama city & a place to avoid
