The doctors and staff are great, but the scheduling people and support staff just don't care. Also, Englewood's portal system (to communicate with your doctor) is completely useless. Not only do you not get a reply, but when I called to ask why my doctor hadn't answered me in the portal, I was told my messages were "in a cue" and had not even been sent to her. If Englewood wants to be a part of the technological age, they should know how to use their own system. Really harrowing when you need that communication in the middle... read more
Excellent care from start to finish. Scheduling was easy thanks to a patient and helpful woman on the phone, and the receptionist was very kind. I never had to wait long for any of my appointments. The nurses, radiation techs, and doctors were all incredibly compassionate and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Mester, Joy, and the rest of the team — they took exceptional care of me every step of the way.
