To rate this facility even 1 star is inaccurate. We had a situation that warranted a family member needing an MRI due to potential stroke risks. We were assured results within 72hrs from a Monday scan, non holiday week. Late afternoon Friday, we requested an update due to no results. We're told they would review and should have results by Monday; 5 business days post. We follow up on Tuesday, as still no results, as promised.
