To rate this facility even 1 star is inaccurate. We had a situation that warranted a family member needing an MRI due to potential stroke risks. We were assured results within 72hrs from a Monday scan, non holiday week. Late afternoon Friday, we requested an update due to no results. We're told they would review and should have results by Monday; 5 business days post. We follow up on Tuesday, as still no results, as promised. I have been coming past few year for annual mammogram/ultrasound, very nice staff and quick!
I have been to this facility several times in the last 10 years for MRI, ultrasound and annual mammogram and the staff has always been helpful. I was always seen on time, with little to no wait.
I went for an MRI of my foot and X-rays of both knees. I found the office staff and the technicians extremely nice and helpfulI was very happy and i will continue to go there as needed.
