Stay away from this location! I arrived today for my rescheduled appointment (moved from July 28 to August 1, as confirmed by a gentleman I spoke with), and was told by the front desk that my appointment was actually for August 15. When I greeted the receptionist, she didn’t acknowledge me at all — instead, she carried on with a personal conversation, gave me attitude, and completely ignored me. They called one of my family members who is also a patient at this practice to deliver my laboratory results which is against the law because I am not a minor!!!
Dr Beryl Pereira is an amazing Dr. Both my parents and my wife I have been seeing her for well over ten years. She is a fine physician and her bedside manner is second to none. My Family and I are so grateful to have her in our lives.
The receptionist team at this doctor's office is beyond terrible. Rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional, they seem to go out of their way to make every patient feel unwelcome. Calls go unanswered or are abruptly put on hold for ages, and any attempt to schedule an appointment is met with an attitude that borders on hostility.
