It says they're open til 12 am but when I arrived at 8 pm they were closed…? I don’t understand. It’s dangerous that the hours it shows online is false information. I need to come back for medical attention but I don’t even know when they actually close. Also this isn’t even a walk-in clinic, when I came back the next day they said I’m supposed to have an appointment. Eh hit or miss with the staff here. Some are good. Some have nasty attitudes. Only come here if you're desperate. Staff needs retraining in being kind to patients. U know the people who pay them and their bosses salaries.

I called to schedule an appt and was directed to a receptionist named TIARA. I have never dealt with a front desk staff member at a clinic, hospital, or medical institution who does not call to verify insurance eligibility. She informed me that it was my responsibility to call the insurance company to verify if the Englewood Health is in-network. This sounds like an utter lack of professionalism and laziness on Tiara's end...
