Dr.Marti who performed my breast surgery, great doctor. All the personel, nurses, anesthesiologist, their assistants, very compassionate people and very dedicated. I thank them all for taking care of me in dealing with Breast cancer which is a very scary thing for anyone. Thanks for your dedication
I have been dealing with my health through the englewood health network since 2021. I began coming here initially after having a miscarriage. After this, my menstruation changed greatly. It took over a year to get a diagnosis of PCOS, and it is clear with time and bedside manner, that weight was really the only reasoning for this diagnosis. I thought they had the best customer service, and a very attentive to your needs. The doctor and his assistance, very courteous as well as the staff at the desk.
Englewood health billing service is TERRIBLE, they always bill me with the same wrong unadjusted bill, even I have a proof of my insurance sending fax to them, they also don’t pick up their phone, they never reply on the messages. I have corrected and adjusted bill from my Anthem insurance and they keep sending me bills with "past due, overdue" warnings. Some of the worst medical care I’ve ever received. I’ve been on a medication for five years twice a day. Dr. Achuthan took over this prescription and wrote it for once a day without informing me she was changing my prescription. I noticed after I had missed two doses. I think this was wildly irresponsible. When I called to say there must have been a mistake I was told there wasn’t and I should try to take this medication once a day.
